PHOTOGRAPHY 360

I have an obsession with cameras.  Old ones, new ones, vintage ones, used ones, whatever kind.  You get the point.  There is a blog I read.  It is incredibly inspirational because the woman who writes it is so energetic, fun, happy, colorful and optimistic about life.  She is literally like a ray of light.  From the moment I pull her blog up on my computer, until I finish reading it, I am smiling from ear to ear.

Have you ever met people like this?  I haven't met Katie in person, but if she can have this affect on paper, I can only imagine what a wonderful thing it would be to meet her in person!

Katie loves colors and photography and it is allllllll over her blog.  The other day she posted a brief video.  She was sitting on the floor and had this funky, very old looking thing in her hand.  The video showed her pull the string on this thing, and all of a sudden it begun to spin.  It made a 360 turn.  All of a sudden, I realized it was a camera!

A camera that takes a 360 picture?  How fun!  I immediately wanted one, but it looked so vintage in her hand, I thought it was a lucky find on her part, and not something readily available at the stores.  Much to my surprise, yesterday I was looking through some interior design websites, and what do I find?  You got it!  The 360 camera!  I haven't purchased it, but I wanted to share it with you guys here.  It is super fun!  I can see getting a great use out of it at a party or oudoors in nature and even on trips where you want to get a full shot of everything around you.

It works quite easily from what I understand.  (Of course I have never used it so I am not sure).  The way it works is it has a string.  You pull on this string like you would a toy, and... VOILA! The picture takes a 360 shot of you and all your surroundings!

Check it out...maybe you'll buy one before me and will share your pictures with me!  I would love that!

Have a great weekend everyone!
